30 Day Middle-Earth Challenge Finale

"The road goes ever on and on, down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the road has gone, and I must follow it if I can. Pursuing it with weary feet, until it joins some larger way, where many paths and errands meet, and whither then, I cannot say."

Well, well, here it is, folks! Today is November 30th, and the last day of the 30 Day Middle-Earth Challenge! This was way more fun than I ever imagined it to be, and I've enjoyed every single minute of it. I can't believe it's over already! Wow! But, before I can say good-bye to all of this, there are a few things that need to be posted here.

First off, I'm sending the biggest of cyber-hugs to the scrumptious Melody Muffin for agreeing to help me out with this crazy scheme. I don't know if I could have made it all the way without you, girl! You were an amazing co-hostess, and your input when we prepared this Challenge was invaluable. Thank you ever so much!

And I also want to extend a hearty thanks to all those that participated in this challenge with us. I know that it was difficult to be online every single day for a month and putting together post after post about Middle-Earth, but a great number of you managed to do every single day of the Challenge, and that amazes me. I loved reading every single one of your posts/pins/comments. Please, with my appreciation, take a piece of virtual gingerbread.

Here are the names of all who participated (if for some reason, your name does not appear on the list and you did the Challenge, please comment, and I will add you in; or, if your name does appear, and you wish it didn't, comment and I can take it off if you prefer):

God bless!

  3. I don't think you put me on the list, although that's probably my fault because I'm not sure if my comment went through before :) Thanks for having the challenge! It was tons of fun!

  4. Well, I failed. I really wanted to do this but I knew I wouldn't be able to every day. So then I thought I'd try to do at least some of my favorite questions...but I didn't get to a single one. NaNoWrimo sort of ate every minute of November. But that's okay! I've loved reading everyone's answers! I joined in on the challenge in spirit. ;)

What's funny is far more than half of your answers were exactly what I would have put as well! We're so alike sometimes!

Anyways, even though I didn't get a chance to participate I wanted to thank you for hosting this awesome challenge. You and Melody did a fantastic job!
