My Bucket List
It seems like most people are compiling a list of things they'd love to do before they kick the bucket. And yes, I, too, have my own huge list, and here I will be adding things sporadically, just random things I'd like to do before I die.
(And these are in no particular order whatsoever...)
1. Help someone get saved
2. Play the piano at a wedding (July, 2009; my cousin's wedding)
3. Go to Yankee Stadium (June 29, 2011; it was pretty amazing!)
4. Be in a play (November, 2005; a family production)
5. See Beauty and the Beast: The Broadway Musical
6. Visit all fifty states
7. Publish a book
8. Sing the National Anthem at a sports game (October 2010; my family and I sang the National Anthem for a local hockey team)
9. Read all 7 Jane Austen books (Summer 2010)
10. Read every Charles Dickens book
11. Read all of Lousia May Alcott's books (April 2014; finished with The Inheritance)
12. Visit Europe
13. Go to a different time zone (can you believe I've never been out of the Eastern time zone?)
14. Write music for a movie soundtrack
15. Make a replica costume from a period drama/fantasy film
16. Complete NaNoWriMo (4/12, 11/12, & 11/13)
17. Learn archery
18. Learn to fence
19. Learn one (or more!) of the dances from a period drama film
20. Write a novel in a year (Secret of the Hazel Tree; first draft written in 5 months)
21. Learn to speak French fluently
22. Ride on a dogsled
Excellent list! I'll have to do one. (I didn't really notice many people doing it, but it's a good idea.
ReplyDeleteAwesome list! I would love to do all of those! They are definitely on my bucket list! You guys sang at a hockey game?!?! Cool!
